Residence Inn by Marriott Manchester Downtown

This is one of the nicer Residence Inns I have stayed at. This modern, clean hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of many restaurants, fast food places, convenience stores, and gas stations. There is enough onsite parking for $12 a night, which is very reasonable. The rooms are well appointed, with plenty of illumination. The bathrooms are new, modern, and clean. Breakfast is an amazing selection of hot foods, pastries, breads, yogurts, and fresh fruit. They even have Udi's gluten-free bread and muffins, which are a welcome treat for those with dietary restrictions. A shout out to the two ladies working the breakfast buffet--Rachel and Michelle (hope I got their names right). They put in tremendous effort to make sure the breakfast items are fresh and continuously replenis

Came for a wedding, stayed a few extra nights. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by staff. I felt welcomed right away. The place was very clean I loved are room. Bed was very comfortable.All their staff was wonderful and welcoming. One staff member I had the pleasure of talking to a few times whose name is Christopher worked with me a few times while I was trying to work out my own issues, for my visit I probably drove him nuts, but he was amazing. In fact that same employee Christopher went above and beyond to help me get an extra blanket when I was not able to get my extra blanket at the time. Positive: Spacious room. Lots of ports and outlets. Front desk very friendly and helpful. Negative: The bar food was overcooked. (Flat bread Margarita pizza ) We ate it anyway because we were very hungry and didnt want to wait for a new one.

We were visiting nearby but because it was Columbus Day weekend, we had to stay at the Residence since it had one of the last rooms available. The Residence is an "all-suite" hotel intended for long term stays. We had a "Studio", which included a fully equipped kitchen. So, even though it was very comfortable, it was more than we needed for a one-night stay - and expensive.| A full breakfast is included. It was OK - but nothing special. More than adequate.

This hotel is top notch. Well maintained and spacious rooms. The breakfast is a HUGE spread! There are always kind touches in the lobby with seasonal infused drinks waters and candies. The manager and staff went above and beyond for us! We can’t recommend this place enough!
