Best Western Plus Executive Court Inn & Conference Center

Stayed here for a weekend away with some friends and our children! Front desk was friendly enough, quick service. Breakfast was a good selection, my 2 year old (and myself included) loved the waffles. The pool was big, could have definitely used a cleaning, and lot of hair floating atound and the water seemed a little murky. The rooms seemed clean, plenty of towels and space.. however, my toddler found a bottle of lube (EW) under the air unit, as well as crinkled up dollar bills... our friends had previous guests nose plugs near the bed. Soo, house keeping could definitely do a better job at checking the not so obvious spots.. Overall decent stay but probably would not stay again, unfortunately.

We visit Manchester at least once a year, and always stay at this hotel. It is a very popular lodging choice for the area, making for crowded common areas. Over the years that we've stayed there, we have seen the accumulation of wear and tear on the rooms and the common areas. It's still a good choice, but the owners should be planning for a major refresh in the next 2-3 years. The hotel still has problems with adequate staffing. And, like every other Best Western, the breakfast lineup needs improvement. GET RID OF THE YOGURT MACHINE. The yogurt tastes terrible. Go back to the individual yogurt servings in the fridge.

First time at this hotel, hotel room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. They allowed my cat for a small fee which was great cause not many hotels allow pets. Definitely a must for me. Breakfast bar was minimal but everything was fresh, clean and tasty! Overall a great experience! I do wish there was a restaurant in the hotel but not a deal breaker. Overall a great experience!

I had a very pleasant experience during my stay. The hotel is organized, clean, and offers a welcoming environment for families. The staff was attentive and always willing to help, making the stay even more comfortable. The heated pool has a very pleasant temperature, perfect for relaxing and enjoying special moments. Thank you for the care and warm hospitality — it was truly a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
