Rating: ⭐ (1/5) Review: BEWARE OF PREDATORY BILLING PRACTICES. I stayed at this Courtyard location from February 6th to 9th, and it turned into an absolute financial nightmare. THREE SEPARATE TIMES for fabricated "smoking violations" plus taxes. I did not smoke in the room, but what makes this completely unacceptable is that the hotel never once contacted me, warned me, or mentioned an issue during my entire 3-day stay till i looked at my charges before checkout. Theyre malfunctioning sensor is their money maker it automatically charges your card and the staff acts liek they can do nothing about,. This is predatory "fee stacking" at its worst. To make matters worse, the General Manager completely ignored my requests for proof (like sensor logs or photos). My emails to their management

We’ve stayed here twice. The rooms are comfortable and the service is unparalleled. Ron and Cynthia, in particular, are exceptional. Our daughter had been requesting to “turn three in hotel” for months, which worked out because we had to travel at the time anyways. We hosted a small gathering in the lobby and Ron and Cynthia went out of their way to make sure every part of our stay was wonderful. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future.

This was a very nice room and nice helpful staff. We had driven from Maine in hours of rainstorms and having a clean room and bathroom to relax in was perfect. There is a bar in the lobby. The bartender has a great personality and it kept my husband occupied and out of my hair for hours! I would definitely go back!

Positive: Everything had a place. Nice and clean. Negative: We had too pay a twenty-dollar service fee. The receptionist was on the phone for a long time, twenty minutes with a customer, need two people.

This is a local hotel to where we live. We had the pleasure of attending a small childs birthday party recently, and needed to wait in the lobby to meet up with some friends after. My wife and Road trip frequently, and stay at low and moderate priced hotels. This place by far has the nicest and cleanest lobby of any hotel we have been in over the past several years. The furniture was quite comfortable. Cynthia at the front desk was friendly while we were purchasing some sodas.
