Comfortable Stay with Attentive Staff and Ongoing Updates: Not the newest hotel, but pleasantly tucked in a quiet area just off the interstate. When we stayed in September 2025, renovations were underway — the lobby, lounge, and breakfast area were already complete and looked clean, modern, and inviting. Our room was similar to other Residence Inn layouts — spacious, with a kitchenette. (Worth noting: studio rooms do not have ovens, only a microwave and stovetop.) It was clean and comfortable, but showing a bit of age that the refresh should address. I was truly impressed that their breakfast included gluten-free Udi’s muffins and bagels, and the staff even offered to bring more from the back when I thanked them for making that option available. Do NOT stay here. I can’t believe they call it a Marriott. I am an elite member and was so disappointed. This hotel is disgusting. Booked two rooms for multiple nights and ended up staying only to sleep as it was already late when we arrived and then switched to another place. Slimy shower/tub, torn up couch, cigarette burn on the bed, in what is supposed to be a non smoking room. In the second room there was a giant stain right next to the bed that looked like blood and the toilet clearly hadn’t been cleaned. A lady was screaming in the parking lot for a good 30 minutes straight. This place a joke.

Positive: Nice area Negative: Overall uncleanliness. Had to go to the desk 3 times due to new keys. Finally got a different room on the 4th try. Dishes and silverware dirty in drawers. Only a tiny bit of toilet paper in bathroom, bathroom dirty also

We’ve been staying exclusively at Residence Inns by Marriott for a few years, and this particular one is as good as all the others. We saw no issues like other reviewers describe. Our suite was clean and nice, all staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is great. We would stay here again.

I usually don’t have to worry about a Marriott hotel, so this was a first. Whoever cleaned our room was not thorough. As soon as we walked into our room there was a weird smell, like long leftover food. I found what looked like a cubed potato on the kitchen floor. Dishes in the dishwasher, and a dried, used sponge by the sink.||I had to scrub the shower head—it had pink mold around the nozzles. The bathroom fan had built up dust, and rust stains down the toilet base. One of the towels had hair in it. Another two had stains.||As if all of that wasn’t enough, when we were finally ready for bed, I pulled back the comforter and found more stains.
