Thanks to Zora at the front desk, my stay was remarkable and rememberable. My husband and I were very pleased by how welcoming this team member was from the moment she accomodated our early check in to the time she left work! The room was spotless, easy to access and convenient for our dog. Would definitely recommend this Harrisburg location. 10/10 service

Her attention to detail, positive attitude, and willingness to help truly made a difference. Lilliana is a great asset to the hotel, and I would absolutely stay here again because of the service she provided. Also, thanks to the Lavern and Nicki the lovely housekeeping ladies who took care of my room. They were incredibly sweet, kind, and always greeted me with a warm smile. I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this hotel. After checking out, I accidentally left a bag in my room containing three items: a dress, a cardigan, and a jacket. The hotel confirmed in writing that they found all three items together.||However, when they returned my belongings, I only received the dress and the cardigan — my jacket was missing, even though they acknowledged they had it.||The General Manager informed me that their IT department was “pulling security footage” for the police to review. Later, a police officer contacted me and said they had a suspect, but the hotel failed to provide any video evidence, so the police could not open a formal case.||After that, the hotel stopped following up with me. No updates, no investigation, and no compensation for my

Positive: The amenities are nice, pool is nice, rooms are great. Hotel employee are super amazing and helpful. We have had an amazing experience. Hotel employee has really made us feel like family. Negative: Breakfast could use some better options.

Lilly was absolutely wonderful during my visit. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such warmth and kindness that immediately made me feel welcomed. She was extremely sweet, professional, and attentive, making sure all my questions were answered and that everything ran smoothly.
