Residence Inn by Marriott Harrisburg Hershey

My experience may be unique, however, it was a terrible stay due to the situation. I travel for work, like anyone I try to use Marriott stays for the points and cleanliness. I booked for 21 days. After a week there was an error in billing, I get reimbursement from work for hotel stays so I pay through a 0% interest 3rd party. Marriott failed to charge for the full stay, so when they went to run the card for the second week it was declined. When this happened, I had gone home for a few before the recent snowstorm. I wasn’t able to return to the hotel for 3 days. When I arrived back. I paid for the remainder of my stay. If someone wants to checkout early, should such a client be greeted this way?

After a long day, it was so nice to be greeted warmly at the hotel. Caprice, who was working at the front desk, was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was beautifully decorated. We immediately knew we made the right choice. Our room was clean and spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay again.
