Excellent family experience Excellent service. The morning receptionist, Alexis, was very kind and helpful. She answered all my questions about the hotel with great professionalism. The room was very comfortable and spacious, perfect for staying with two children. It also has a kitchen, which is very convenient if you need to cook 🍳 or prepare something quickly. The breakfast is one of the best parts. It’s continental but has everything needed. As a father of two kids, I always look for hotels with breakfast included, and I think this is a perfect addition. The pool is not very large, but it’s great for children to enjoy. 👍🏼 The parking area is also large, which makes the stay more convenient. I would definitely return to this hotel 🏨. Positive: Close to Metlife Stadium Negative: Booked a double bed and not given that room type. Hotel staff was not accommodating.

From check in till check out (12 nights) myself and my other half found the staff to be friendly and welcoming, when we asked for small things that we needed such as ice etc it was provided for us, they gave us great instructions on how to get around to New York, the American dream mall etc, breakfast was always good, rotated, and did the job. All the amenities in the room were great and the bed was fantastic. Although this hotel was placed in an industrious neighborhood, we found the bus stop to be very conveniently placed, to be able to move around and get back around afterwards. All in all I would happily stay here again.

Great location. 7 minute drive to MetLife Stadium and American Dream Mall. Don't walk; literal signs telling people not to walk on the highways... Clean rooms. We got the junior suite for three people. Spacious. Kitchenette was great for quick meals. The continental breakfast got repetitive. Eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, blueberry muffins, cereal, cherry yogurt. Milk, water, apple and orange juice, dark coffee and decaf coffee. They have two waffle makers which is good except that there's always a huge line. If you want to avoid, come down the last 30 minutes of breakfast (around 830am).

Our family stayed here however needed to leave our trip early as our vehicle was broken into while parked directly in front of the main entrance. The driver-side handle was drilled and the rear passenger window was shattered. The East Rutherford Police Department responded. The front parking area was poorly lit, there was no visible security presence, no posted warning signs, and we were told there is only one camera located behind the building — not covering the main entrance or front lot. Management declined liability, citing that parking is free and not owned by the hotel. We received a one-night refund. Future guests should be aware of the security conditions before choosing to park on this property.
