First room smelled like urine so we requested a different room. The next room smelled better but can tell they don’t thoroughly clean the rooms. There was stains on our sheets and small hairs on the bed. The front counter lady was nice and the spot was right next to the mall which is why we chose this place. I should have read the reviews first!

This is my new favorite hotel. The rooms are spacious clean, and I’d like the fact that I can cook my own food. The woman at the desk, Marisol was amazing, very knowledgeable and very eager to help the guest not to mention great people skills, an awesome personality, very attentive, and on top of her game when it comes to The needs of The guest he sent me right along through my check-in at the same time attending to another guest and spread her along through her check-in as well, sweet personality. She’s aces in my book Marisol Is the definition of hospitality if it was up to me she’d get a raise in a promotion ASAP thank you Marisol

I don’t even know where to start. As early as the hallway, my family recognized the lack of cleanliness of this hotel with the unvacuumed carpets and garbage left tossed on the floors. We walked into our room and immediately felt like we had entered a time capsule of neglect and bad housekeeping. There was hair everywhere—on the counter, on the chairs, in the bathtub (which, by the way, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since 2004). Dust covered every surface like it was part of the design. |As for the housekeeping—zero effort, zero care. We politely pointed out the condition of the room to the front desk who were admittedly pleasant. They said, “We’ll let housekeeping know,” which they did almost nothing. There was still dust, the bathtub was still not cleaned, the only progress mass was

Positive: Staff was extremely rude. Hotel smelled of urine and the room was smalller then expected for my family. We were displace due to a fire in our home and I never stayed. I left immediately. I still have not received a refund. Negative: ""

This place is the worst was no towels in the room no dishes no soap the phone didn’t work , staff was missing in the morning mangement heard people complaining and sat in the back and never came out to talk to anyone. The only person that helped me out was a young lady named Aaliyah. She was very nice but had no help, my other my stove top didn’t work. The heat didn’t the first night It was just a lot of things wrong with this room. They should’ve given me some type of discount of refund or something. The only convenience that are the thing that was good about this room was that it’s right across the street from american Dream.
