Homewood Suites by Hilton East Rutherford - Meadowlands, NJ

The two young guys in the front desk are really nice with a fast and efficient customer service. Rooms were clean and organized, nothing looked old or dirty. The lobby is really nice and clean, breakfast didn’t have much variety of fruits, it’s a topical hotel breakfast. The hotel has a lot of things walking distance, we went to a restaurant 5 mins walk, it has also a little plaza with a Panera, Marshall’s and Aldi across the street, and is conveniently close to teterboro airport. You heard the airplanes during the day, and at night it’s quiet so you can get a good sleep.

This hotel was amazing. The service was amazing. The people was amazing. The only issue i had was when it came to decorating my room for my daughter sweet 16. Manger from house keeping told us that we had to take them down. Now nowhere on the form does it says no decorations can be put up. It said no parties and no confetti. Which we had neither. The gentleman at the front desk said just take it in the room. I told him that it tried to but you tape anything to the walls. So I put it on the door. I asked for the housekeeping manager to call me. But they never did.

My experience here was amazing! On 1/3/26 I had a minor issue with my heat in room ( so I thought, I just had to be patient. Heat worked fine) I went to the front to express this issue with the front desk lady named Melanie. Melanie was very very professional and helped tremendously with getting me a new room for the night. Nonetheless, I ended up not needing the room change because my heat was indeed working. I went back to the front to apologize to Melanie, who was still very professional and assured me it was not a problem! Melanie displayed a positive attitude and great professionalism the whole time while dealing with my issue. I don’t ever write reviews, but Melanie indeed made my day. She made me realize it is still good, respectful people out here. Please make sure Melanie is rewar

What a terrific hotel! We had a two room suite with a full kitchen, large closet, many drawers and shelves even in the bathroom, and two large TVs. The hotel is extremely clean, the pool is great, all the people are so nice including Calista and Brian at the front desk. An amazing breakfast with the usual (eggs, cereals, oatmeal) but how about a full taco bar with flour and corn tortillas and about 8 toppings including shredded chicken. Vegan overnight oats with oat milk as well as chia pudding with oat milk. Delicious muffins, coffee cake, donuts, and a variety of bagels with lovely fresh toppings like whipped cream cheese and orange marmalade. Coffee machine in the room and fresh coffee and tea available in the lobby at all times. Free parking as well. Cannot wait to return!

Positive: It was close to activities in my itinerary (met life stadium and the dream mall). I loved the clean, modern look of the hotel and room. I enjoyed the complementary breakfast. Negative: ""
