Older but solid Residence Inn! We stayed there 4 nights, the room was older (but we know that) but clean. Kitchen with amenities. Nice pool area (heated) Breakfast was good unfortunately the Muffins always were gone fast. Awesome staff!! Sam (the german recepcionist) is awesome! They charge for parking (annoying!) but almost every Hotel in the region does that.

I was excited to have what looked like such a nice two level suite online but when we arrived, everything just felt dirty and kinda smelly. The carpet made my white socks dark grey, floor wasn’t vacuumed well, found a long black hair on the shampoo holder and more black hairs in sink and shower. My husband found a scrunchy Hendon the bedside table which means they didn’t clean very well. Found two Bobby pins on the hide a.bed mattress which was extremely i comfortable by the way. Kitchen table had a few little sticky things on it. The only good thing was that the regular beds were comfortable. My husband and I gave our king bed to our son and daughter and we took the queen bed upstairs since the hide a bed was too uncomfortable. Couch was also sagging in the middle. Railings and stairs out

Excellent accomodations with friendly obliging staff and a good location for a 2-month stay. The staff were friendly & helpful from check-in and throughout the entire stay. Very comfortable well-appointed room. Pleasantly landscaped with attractive pool deck with fire pit and a second bar-b-que patio area. Gym is small but adequate. I was usually the only person using the gym. Laundry facilities a little expensive but clean & well maintained. Breakfast buffet well prepared and decent variety. I cannot praise the staff enough for their friendly professionalism and helpfulness.

Great location and a ton of space for families. Full kitchens, a solid pool/hot tub setup, basketball court, grills, and plenty of outdoor hangout spots — all of that makes staying here easy with kids. The staff is genuinely wonderful, and the breakfast is “passable but the kids love it,” which honestly is sometimes all you need at 8 a.m. But there are trade-offs: • Some pet-friendly rooms smell like cat pee, which is brutal when you’ve just forked over a $150 non-refundable pet deposit. • Housekeeping is every other day, which might be fine in a normal room, but in a room with pet smells it feels like you’re marinating in it. • $15/night to park in an unsecured open lot that doubles as overflow parking for the ramen spot next door is… let’s call it “bold.” • Rooms are sterile — bare wall

Disappointing from the moment we walked into the lobby and even worse when we got to our room. The room had a dirty, never-cleaned odor. The carpet had holes in it, and there was an inch of dust along the baseboard of the room. The bathroom tub wouldn't drain. It was a Saturday morning, and they started construction on a different unit that we could hear from ours! If I weren't already awake, I would've been extremely pissed. This is something I don't want to wake up to when I am on VACATION! The food was also very poor — there was mold on the bagels, and the scrambled eggs weren't cooked all the way through. For the amount of money they charge for these rooms, I expected more and was very disappointed.
