Melanie was such a sweetheart! She took amazing care of my beloved dog, Roxy, while I had to travel back home for the weekend. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing Roxy was in such loving and capable hands. I absolutely love how pet-friendly this hotel is they truly care and treat everyone with so much love and respect, both guests and their furry companions. Dede and Galie were also incredibly kind to Roxy, and it meant the world to me to see how warmly they welcomed her. Roxy already misses you all! Thank you so much for everything. We are so grateful for the wonderful care and kindness you showed us.

Positive: Breakfast and the breakfast staff was friendly Negative: Check in was at 3. Room wasn't ready till almost 4. Front desk said they were short staffed. Came in town for a 5 pm wedding so this made me late after sitting around from 1:30 when I arrived. Moldy strong smell in lobby and room. Flared my allergies.

Special shout out goes to Galilea, who went above and beyond in helping me throughout my stay. She took the initiative to guide me to a restaurant called Pour House with great steaks. Her recommendation turned out to be absolutely delicious.

When I checked in I was told that housekeeping would clean every other day after the second day of coming to dirty towels in my bathroom room and clean ones sitting on the couch I went and asked the girl at front desk and she said they replace towels every 2nd day and a full clean every 6th day and I said that isn’t what I was told. Granted I’m here for 8 night. She again said they bring clean towels and empty the trash on the 2nd day and a full clean on the 6th. I called her when I got back to the room and let her know the trash was not emptied either. So she said that she would let them know that they didn’t do what they were supposed to. I come back again this evening and again the dirty towels are still in the bathroom and trash wasn’t emptied. I wonder if they were even told. Not sure

It was a solid short stay overall, but the customer service definitely needs some work. Darlene at the front desk was extremely rude. Sunday morning she was gone from the desk for about 30 minutes. I just needed a printed copy of my receipt. When she finally came back, she immediately started yelling at me, saying I couldn’t get it printed because she had already emailed it to me. On top of that, I overheard her talking negatively about her coworkers to another staff member. It’s disappointing, because the rest of the team seemed professional. Unfortunately, one bad attitude can stand out in an otherwise good place.
