Residence Inn by Marriott Buffalo Galleria Mall

I was there with two friends from February 21 to February 26 (room 136) and we had an excellent experience. Aaron, one of the front desk employees made the difference, he was super kind, helpful, professional, is the kind of person that makes you come back to the hotel. I love this hotel. The greatest perk is the kitchen, with all you need to make it a home away from Home. Super comfortable bed and beautiful bedroom setting. Lighting and windows treatments. Great couch and clean bathroom facilities. Will go back as often as I can. Customer service at the front desk is top notch.

We had an awesome stay. Customer service and staff was great!! Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had just what we needed to get our day started. We will be back soon.

Not great. Rooms were dated and felt not overly clean. Kitchenettes were helpfull but used all too often in neighboring rooms to cook fish. Bathroom had mold and rusted figures along with super thin walls. Staff was helpful, nice and attentive. Breakfast could use some improvement...

Rooms were very nice overall. Some areas are starting to show some wear and tear and could use some mild updates. You have personal ice makers in your room, which is convenient, but they can be noisy. In my room the heating and cooling system was un a closet in the bedroom. This also tended to be noisy especially on start up. Kitchen had reasonable amounts of supplies for some cooking. TV's allowed you to watch local channels and stream with Netflix or prime. Any of the staff I interacted with were nice and helpful. Breakfast was on time, well stocked and good. Pool was heated and in good shape. Hotel was definitely in the airports flight path. Being on the 3 floor oftentimes you would here hear planes flying overhead. Location was very close to shopping and the highway!
