Residence Inn by Marriott Brunswick

Overall, the property is extremely disorganized and not at the standard I would expect from a Marriott brand. At best, it felt comparable to a budget motel at best. The staff also seemed unwilling to listen to feedback or have a constructive conversation about the issues. I have documented each of the problems I experienced. The TVs did not function properly and actually woke me up multiple times. The shower appeared unclean, and there was black pubic hair in the sink upon arrival, which was very concerning from a sanitation standpoint. Some employees also seemed poorly trained. Additionally, employees were parking in the front guest pull-up area that is typically intended for arrivals and safety access, while simultaneously assuring guests the area is safe. After being on the road for hours, your warmth and professionalism were exactly what we needed. Positive: The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. Negative: Only thing that was not okay was the AC vent is right opposite the bed on the ceiling and blew on us all nite.

Nice hotel, good experience. Beautifully clean room and bathroom, great comfy bed. A quiet, restful experience. Pet friendly, with carpeted floors, unlike some pet friendly hotels that have only linoleum.||Breakfast was okay. Same as most decent hotels these days, pre-made dry omelettes, sausage, toast and waffles. ||Parking good, staff friendly.

Wonderful overnight stay while traveling home from Florida. Ron made us feel right at home from the minute we walked in. Thank you for the dinner suggestion. Dog friendly with plenty of outside space. We will definitely stay here again.
