Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Natick

The hotel was very modern and newly renovated. It is a beautiful hotel but definitely not happy with the cleaning. The bathtub was definitely not cleaned at all. There was black mold-like spots around the tub and black particles on the corners. I was very disappointed at this. Also, when the front desk charged me for the parking. I was told $20 which was charged to my card for staying just one night. My receipt stated I paid $10. Where did the other $10 go?? I was not happy with my experience and would not recommend a stay here due to the cleanliness and miscommunication with staff.

The value for the room my girlfriend and I got was very much worth it. Everything was clean, and it was pretty spacious for us two. The pots and pans worked wonderfully (past experience, some Residence Inn's kitchen appliances don't work as well as this one). Full-sized fridge kept everything we stored in it nice and chilled out and frozen for other stuff. The bed was very comfortable. For summer days, the a/c is a crucial part of the room, and our room did not disappoint; the a/c blasts and keep the temperature set on the thermostat. Lastly, the staff, the front desk, and the maintenance are very nice and accommodating. We would definitely come back here if we decide to go on another Northeastern trip!

Room was great except vent/fan in the bathroom didn’t work. I really appreciate the morning staff and the women that help make the breakfast, prepping and cleaning. They work incredibly hard to serve a clean, comfortable environment plus make a great selection of food. An older gentleman interrupted one of the workers to complain the coffee pot was getting cold and just warm. I was drinking the same coffee and it was the perfect temperature but he insisted it had to be replaced with scalding hot coffee. The woman listened and immediately replaced the coffee canister for his request. They tolerate so much and do whatever it takes to please the customers. I was grateful she assembled a great breakfast and hope others see her amazing efforts. Thank you!

I stay here two to three times a year and it's consistently clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location is very convenient to visit friends and family in the area. ||My only complaint is that they now charge for parking which makes no sense as the hotel is in Natick, not in downtown.
