Hampton Inn Boston/Natick

I use this Hampton Inn regularly when visiting in the area. My family has I rented their dining area for large gatherings like graduation parties. The location is convenient to the Natick Mall and surrounding large stores and restaurants. Generally, Hampton Inns more than meet my travel needs. This Natick location does that and more. There is a nearby Logan Express station for planning trips that involve getting to the airport and a train station for getting into Boston.

We have stayed at this hotel several times while visiting our daughter. It is a convenient drive to Boston and much more economical. The above average free breakfast is an excellent perk - there are many choices and the staff did a great job keeping the area clean and stocked. Parking is free, but space is a bit lacking. We had many problems with the internet - our devices were dropped off every time they were not in use. The only other strange thing was towel replacement in our room was very inconsistent. Two of the three days we had to call down for more bath towels. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

Good hotel. Nothing really special at all, just a real solid hotel. Basic breakfast, small wall shop for snacks. Attached restaurant/bar, Skybox 109, is reasonable with a large variety of beers, 10 on-tap and standard domestic bottles. Variety of classic American bar food with normal regional twists. Friendly staff. I had the Fish and Chips, above average, over abundance of fries, so-so tartar. Either forget the slaw or were out 😕 15 Large TV or all sports BOSTON or current Major sports event.

Positive: The staff was phenomenal, the room was great, the place was clean, breakfast was great. I have not been this happy with a hotel room in a long time. Negative: small elevators.

Some may find this hotel convenient, but it is in a nightmare of a traffic spot. Super annoying. As with many chains, they put money in updating lobby and common area, but forget about the rooms. Some rooms had refrigerators, others did not so if you care, make sure you ask. Heater/AC old and bangs constantly. And as a chain, I ask, why double beds. Please update to queens. And please update TV to stream. Bedding is thin and unappealing. Staff were nice, which I appreciate. Parking lot small.
