Courtyard by Marriott Boston Natick

Hotel and rooms were clean. Beds were pretty comfortable as well. Breakfast was al la carte and very good. We had the bistro breakfast sandwich which was delicious! They had free coffee and you could order Starbucks coffee as well. Only downside was no decaf coffee at free station OR available to buy. So that was a bummer. Hotel is pet friendly as well for a fee.

We had a really good stay at the Courtyard Marriott next to Natick Mall. The room was comfortable and clean and the two beds in one room setup was perfect for us. The staff were great from the moment we arrived and they quickly resolved an issue we had which made a big difference in our stay. One thing I really liked about this hotel is the lobby area. They have a small cafe with good to go options which is convenient even though it is not included in the stay. They also have a small convenience store corner with snacks, drinks and quick food items which helped a lot when we wanted something fast. The hotel also offers free tea, coffee and apples all day which is a nice touch. The location is another advantage because it is right next to Natick Mall. You can walk easily without needing a

Positive: the hotel was close to our daughter's home where we celebrated Christmas day, as we are from NY. The Marriott was a pleasant, even though short, stay. Negative: Not a thing.

The Courtyard is comfortable; one of the places we favor when visiting the area. We have stayed often but this visit was above and beyond in terms of service by Alyssa, when we encountered challenges, and the assistant manager as well. It now will be the place we stay without consideration of other locations. Top notch! Thank you thank you for your caring and responsiveness. You're the best.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a great experience thanks to Darius at the front desk. From the moment we checked in, he was welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and answered our questions with a smile every time. You can tell he really cares about the guests and the atmosphere of the hotel. Customer service like that is rare these days — Darius truly made our stay feel special. Thank you
