Customer Reviews
The room was large and clean and staff was friendly. But could use a few minor repairs (shelf in shower falling off, darkening shades don't fully close, cabinetry showing wear, no soap dish in bathroom, water gets everywhere from shower enclosure and no mat to prevent slipping). We found the bed to be too firm and pillows were very small and too soft/flat. Valet parking was convenient but $50 for one night. This location is highly convenient to Kennedy Kriger. The facility has locked doors after dark requiring use of room key and must use room key to access elevators.
Positive: Clean hotel. Very reasonable incidental hold amount. Negative: I do not like the $50 per night valet parking. They literally park the vehicles in an open lot right next to the building, so it should be cheaper.
Loved the location of this hotel. The parking was iffy, but we found something good both times we left the hotel. The valet was very persistent with trying to get us to do valet, but other than that our trip was nice. The room smelled so good and the bed was so comfortable, the bed was soft the sheets clean. No view, but on the 15th floor (love high rooms).Would definitely stay here again
[This is for the TA editors, NOT for publication: It's "Whom did you go with?" NOT Who]|This is a marvelous set-up for JH patients like myself. Nearby convenience and a hotel-to-hospital shuttle if you need it. (We walked over and, prudently, shuttled back.) The staff, as in almost all cases Marriott, was top-flight. Cheerful, Courteous, Knowledgeable. Caring. Rooms are spacious, although here and there in need of a touch-up or two; paint nicks and such. Nice bed. Nice bathroom. Nice complimentary breakfast. Frankly, it's a nice place to stay even if you don't need the hospital's services.
I was here on a Saturday morning and went down for breakfast. I was so impressed with Shamar that I had to write a review. He had everything ready right on time, he was so attentive to the buffet, cleaned up everything and greeted the guests. I have been to many Marriott breakfasts but this guy was special. I love to see people take pride in their work.
