just want to say thank you to the front desk manager, Terrence, for such a warm welcome. Paul, Linda, Kofi, and Terrance as well — you all are amazing! I would also like to thank the kitchen staff; they were awesome. Housekeeping was fantastic, and the guest valet did a great job too. I’ve spent my last four birthdays here — I even celebrated my 60th birthday here — and I’ve been celebrating here ever since. The parking is great, and the location is even better. I love the big, roomy suites, especially the ones with kitchens and balconies. I also appreciate that whenever I come into town and ask about an upgrade, the team always tries to accommodate me. And if an upgrade isn’t available, I’m still happy with the room I receive. I’ve never been turned down, and the rooms are always clean

1) Terrance Nellon was a joy to interact with! He had a GREAT personality and was very helpful with recommendations of things to do and places to eat. ||2) Mr Herbert was an absolute gem!!! He kept the breakfast area clean and well stocked. Mr Herbert was very helpful and very accommodating. He has a very unassuming manner and is very kind, gentle, and sweet.

Great location, but older rooms with poor renovation design choices. I was put in a hearing-imparied accessable room, and the thermostat was located behind the TV in the living room. That's indicative of the overall feel of the hotel: it's nice but in a "We wanted to make it nice but didn't think our design all the way through" way. Door frame wasn't hung well, lots of light out from the room's door, room's windows and balcony didn't provide good noise isolation from the outside, and the air conditioning / heating blower was much louder than I've come to expect, I had to put in headphones to get to sleep. It was fine, but I didn't need a kitchenette and I'll probably spend a little more and go to the Moxy or AC down the street next time.

This hotel is a bit unique. A brick building that maybe used to be a dorm for the university or an apartment building. It gives it a bit of charm that can be missing from more modern buildings. For example, my room had a terrace off of it that overlooked the front entrance. And the entire wall where the terrace door was is all windows. Though the rooms are smaller - mine did have a small kitchenette. I will note the bathroom is a decent size compared to the size of the room. And there was a decent sized closet. Nearby to food and restaurants. Yes - there is some street noise. I wouldn't call it bad. Would stay here again.

This hotel was a great choice. I usually stay downtown Atlanta, but his ended up being closer (and I mean walking distance) to a lot of the things I love to visit when I come to the A. The check in staff was knowledgeable. The coffee available was fresh and hot—very nice after drinking all of the terrible gas station coffee on the way. The hotel had a clean scent which set the tone for the rest of my stay. Everything was clean, for that matter! I loved the little kitchenette. Comfy bed, clean bathroom, all very nice. I will stay here again because it was affordable, had free wifi and breakfast. A package that is hard to find!!
