Our family of four stayed here for Disney visit at Christmas time. The check in process was quick but everything was self-service, noone to help with luggages. |The suite was spacious and modern. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was clean but the water pressure was rather weak. And for some reasons we could hear traffic noise quite clearly despite being in the high floor.|Breakfast was efficient with nice varieties. Disney waffle makers were the big hit at breakfast time.|Proximity to Disney was ok, about 15 mins walk in the rain.|Parking was easy in the building next door.|Overall we enjoyed our stay.

My family comes here at least once a year. We love it. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are all so friendly and helpful, it’s about a 15 minute walk to Disneyland. It’s near a CVS if you need anything, the rooms have dishwashers and a full size fridge. The pool area is fun, the breakfast buffet is good. I would love if the showers had a bit more water pressure but that’s fairly standard for hotels. Depending on the side of the hotel, you can sometimes see fireworks outside your window.

We were given a TINY corner room (which was not the room type we booked), and when we asked about other options, the gal at the front desk was incredibly rude. She stuck us on the first floor, in the corner next to a constantly-slamming staff door, and the elevator control room. There were crazy mechanical sounds filling our room during our entire stay, but we decided to deal with it as to not lose out on time in Disney just to move rooms for a second time. I told someone at check-out and she showed zero care. The rooms are banged up. Everything feels modern, but they need a refresh from years of wear-and-tear on the walls. Checking in the front desk didnt advise how to get to the room and gave no instructions for the parking garage. The first floor appears to end at the end of the hall, but you could turn left or right and there were no numbers signs indicating rooms 100-150 etc. They only mentioned the bar, complimentary breakfast, and pool-gym. We had to ask twice for them to bring a crib- pack n play. It was around 9pm and past our child's bed time which was a bit frustrating. We notate to include one in our reservation as well. We got to the room which was on the 1st floor, and it wasn't anything spectacular. Had to close all the blinds to try and block out all the road noise and lights. Most notably, the bed was HORRIBLE. It really felt like sleeping on the floor. We didnt sleep more than 2 hrs. We
