Residence Hub Inn & Suites

This was not as advertised! The rooms are old and disgusting! I did not feel safe and wouldn't have stayed if it wasn't already so late when we finally arrived. I got our room keys, and opened the door and was floored! We went in to lock the door, but the door wouldn't lock. Upon further investigation, we noticed the door had been kicked in at some point. We went up and told the guy at the front instead of just giving us a new room, he said he would try to fix it. Once he was unable to fix it. He gave us a new room. The new room wasn't any better, although it at least locked. It's a junky hotel. There are patches on the ceiling that aren't even painted over. Paint chipping on the walls. Dirty beds, what looked to be blood stains on the sheets. The light for the room was on the side wall. T

Property is older. We were greeted with a roach soon as we opened the room door but this is Florida and we’re on the ground floor so that’s to be expected. Pool is huge! Furniture quaint. We’re here on a weekly stay and after our 3rd night the husband and wife team came by to change sheets and bring fresh towels. We stayed at a red roof for 2 weeks previously and had to ask repeatedly for clean sheets so this is a nice change! Breakfast is 2 cereals, yogurt with white n wheat bread and a toaster. That’s it. There could be some improvements but overall I’m not mad at this place at all!

The rooms were clean and the staff were real nice. They do have breakfast, but not a hot breakfast. The location is in a good area, with local shops and restaurants near by.

No! Let me start by saying that the lady checking us in was phenomenal. However, the room was terrible!This is a hotel with local people living in it. Very sketchy people loitering outside the rooms. The pictures are not an accurate reflection at all. The bedding is extremely old, the bed frame was a makeshift of 2x8 pieces of wood. Bathrooms are awful. Basically, the whole thing is from the 1990’s. We walked in, did a tour and immediately left. We ended up staying at different hotel.

Stayed in room 238. The bed was so comfortable, must have gotten a room with a new mattress. The room was also very clean. Paid $52, excellent hotel for the price. 👍👍
