Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Marianna

Brandon was an amazing front desk attendant I'm not sure where he came from but he needs a raise I also met the General manager I believe she said that rwas her role and she was in the front lobby doing the breakfast. She was nice and polite and she gave some insight about the Florida caverns which we have always wanted to visit. My housekeeper for the week was amazing she made sure that we always had clean towels even when we had the sign on the door to not be disturbed. She made sure that when we were leaving out that she checked in on us to make sure that we did not need anything else. My stay was exceptional i would recommend this hotel and also we will be returning in June reservation is already booked! Thank yall for an amazing stay they did say that they were renovating cant wait

The room was quiet and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also Tiffany at the desk was friendly and helpful. Spike with Leah ,who cleans our room, and told her she does a good job. Will stay at a Microtel again.

When I arrived with my three children to check in there was a man waiting by the desk he was just standing there when the lady asked me if I was there to check in he continued to stand and stare at us. He did not work there. While the lady at the desk went to handle our keys he was trying to see what room we were in. She was very short and not friendly with us. As we got into the elevator he tried to follow and I said I’m sorry we need some space. I then rushed my children off on our floor and into our room. We dropped off our belongings and proceeded to dinner when we came back there wasn’t anyone at the desk. So we proceeded up stairs to get ready for bed. Once inside the room I started to notice the conditions of the room. So I immediately called down stairs and was informed that there

My recent stay was profoundly disappointing. Beyond the courteous staff, the room was unacceptably dirty: moldy shower head, loose toilet seat, non-functional TV and AC, and a filthy, smelly carpet. Breakfast was equally subpar and not worth eating. So just decided to have coffee and be on our way. One coffee pot was empty and the other was cold early in service. This was, unequivocally, the worst hotel experience I've ever had in my entire life.
