Baymont by Wyndham

Tv in room didn't work, had to get a remote from the office. Then it wasn't even plugged in. HDMI CABLE missing from back of TV, per cord missing from cable box. I think they have me the worst room because I got it on priceline. Not even a garbage can in the room! No coffee maker either! Not staying here again! Customer service was awesome though.

We had reservations for a quick night but upon arrival we checked in with a young lady watching her two kids in the lobby. She said her friend was on break I checked in and was given two key cards but no envelope bevause they had none. I walked to the room and opened it up to a smoked filled smelling room. I immediately returned to the desk because we don’t want that odor She apologized and gave me a key for upstairs 212 I go to check that one and it was like someone was staying in there. Beds were all messed up and tv was on playing with bathroom lights on. I took the keys back to the desk aa told her. She said the maintenance man might be in that room. Needless to say I just asked to remove my reservation and refund me. I went to the Microtel and got a room and had no issues. This loc

Othello was an absolute delight for me and my family do deal with. From a phone call requesting simple information, to arrival and ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Othello provided us water when the dispenser needed refilling in the lobby, to ensuring we received additional toiletries for all of my family. He definitely made this stay spectacular!! People like Othello are the reason guests return, thank you for everything!!

Check in was quick and easy, gentleman was very polite and thanked us for our business. It was mentioned the hotel is under new ownership and upgrades are in progress. Nice outdoor pool area with loungers, open until 10pm they night of our stay. Room was clean but dated (Room 110) the mattresses past their date and very sunken. The fridge/freezer was pretty rusty and chilled but not cold/freezing. Room stayed cold all night with a well working AC. Sink and shower had good water pressure but didnt drain well. Breakfast was cold and hot cereal (oatmeal packets), mini muffins, bread and bagel. Coffee and milk were also available. Large truck/trailer parking available at the rear of the hotel. Personally I would have liked to seen the construction crew parked back there not taking up an
