Quality Inn Marianna South

Had a great solo stay! The rooms, service, and location were all 5-star quality. The continental breakfast was excellent with a nice variety of both hot and cold options. Highly recommend if you’re passing through Marianna.

The GM, Hardee, and the front desk staff are amazing! He always does his best to accommodate me upon arrival rather I have a reservation or not. Beds very comfortable with very hot water. I also love that they offer Tubi for movie watchers.

If you want filth, garbage everywhere, drug deal in the room next to ours, one of the worst breakfasts I have ever had then this place is for you.||Hotel is setup for construction workers which we saw all over. Our room stunk of cigarettes and like most of the pictures we had rust everywhere, ceiling texture coming down, air conditioner buttons were missing so you had no idea what was happening. ||I’m not a racist but I’ve seen this type of poor conditions in India and Jordan where filth is accepted as a way of life.||Do whatever you need to do to avoid this place. Stay at your own risk.

Hardi accommodated me once again! I loved the king size bed room that he put my fiance and I in....it was perfect. Due to being a holiday weekend and rainy, it was a very quite stay, which was very much needed!

The first night was good, but the second was terrible. The room next to us started partying around 6 pm, which is fine, but by 11 pm they had their music full volume and revving their engines in the parking lot. We told them to turn it down, twice, which they did for a short period of time. By 1 am, we went to the front desk to tell the staff and the employee had absolutely no interest in doing anything. We told him we needed the number to the corporate office, and once we left the lobby he told us WE had to leave the hotel. We packed and left in the middle of the night, astonished by the staff members attitude. We have stayed in many Quality Inns with good experiences, but I would NOT recommend this specific location.
