Reside Seattle Downtown, a Wyndham Residence

The place was perfect. Great friendly staff specially The General Manager. The place is very tidy cozy and quiet environment. Accessible to all of your downtown escapades. The rooms are well kept and clean the general atmosphere is just chill. There is an all you need mini market just two stores away from this place.I would definitely consider this place again for my long stay which I just did for 11 days. Best regards to the staff.

Positive: The room was so adorable. Freshly remodeled done with excellent taste. Negative: No onsite parking, but that is to be expected in a downtown area motel.

We stayed here for two nights and had a really great experience. The place was spotless when we arrived, very clean, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was super comfy, and it really felt like a home away from home. The location couldn’t be better, right in the middle of Pike Place Market, with so many restaurants, shops, and attractions just steps away. We spent a lot of time exploring and loved being able to walk everywhere instead of worrying about driving. Parking isn’t included, but we found a few garages nearby that offered in-and-out privileges at good prices, which worked out perfectly for us. Fire time here in Seattle with my wife, and I must say I’m very happy I chose this place to stay. First of all, we came to spend our 6 year anniversary and I asked if they could simply write a little message, and to my surprise they went a little extra by putting some balloons with a nice “congrats” hanging above the windows. My wife was in awe and she loved it. This spot is close by to all the tourist attractions so we didn’t have to Uber as much. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a nice cozy feeling to it. The people in the front were very welcoming and friendly. Overall I’d definitely stay here again.

This property is very close to everything you want to see if you’re visiting Seattle: Pike Place Market, Starbuck’s, Westlake Mall (with tram to the Space Needle). The price was very inexpensive as compared to standard downtown hotels. We stayed in a studio apartment, so we shopped for snacks at the H-Mart located just a couple doors down. We used the fully functional kitchenette. This saved us a little on eating out. The room had a full sized bathtub, something my wife needs. We were surprised at how little we paid. We were in town for a Seattle Seahawks game during playoff time. All the hotels in the area had increased prices. There was a tv in the living room and one in the bedroom.
