Resaca Bend RV Park

I've lived here for years. 24/7 365. I've read these reviews. Yes the managers are friendly but people pay for services not to have someone blow smoke up your butt when they see you! The laundry situation is completely accurate! The service you recieve after move in is non-existent. The drug problem is out of control! Enough said!

I have to review this place so that you know EXACTLY what you are in for if you stay here. The “manager”, Tom, does absolutely nothing. The park is in a shambles all the time. Old park models are dilapidated and should be removed, the bathrooms and laundry room is also falling apart and the washers and dryers should all be replaced. They stink, don’t work or are filthy all the time. The coin slots don’t work half the time and Tom says it is not his job to fix them. And I had to ask for my money back when I told him about it. His wife does absolutely nothing either! I never see her at all! Except when she is in the mail room. There are no other amenities at all. They say Ice Cream social but what it really is is 2 buckets of ice cream that you serve yourself a scoop of and that’s it. They p

I don't understand why people give bad reviews when the only people they talked to were the negatives this park is well maintained and Tom and Dixie are on the clock 24/7 it is almost impossible for them to leave the park due to one thing or another pops up. There are amenities here and it is maintained regularly and as far as the coin op machines go it is not parks problem they belong to a different company . This park has the nicest people unless you get dragged into the group of the negatives. So please stop in you won't regret it

Referring to the last review about the mangers not doing anything or the park being in a shambles, park model needs removed, bathroom's and laundry room falling apart. There is nothing wrong with any of the things that were said. I own the only park model and it's in great shape. The managers work 24/7 without a vacation. There are also many activities of you wanted to attend. It was all hear say from the very few disrespectful people.
