Was told that after I leave I would be contacted about the deposit I would receive back. It’s been 1.5 months and nothing. Was also overcharged big time for electricity. Never in my life have I had to pay over $300 for electricity when I barely used any. Especially for a newer camper. Apparently you have to text or write down when you are leaving or conveniently Valarie will forget that you told her. Very unprofessional, was also told I didn’t pay the pet deposit for the last month I had stayed. I paid exactly what she told me I owed. I wouldn’t even give 1 star if that was an option. I was in the area for work and paid to stay here for a week. I told the owner Valerie that I may leave earlier than a week because work moves me a lot. She said that was fine just let me know and I'll refund you. I was charged 210 for the week and an extra 20 for trash. I stayed 3 days and was refunded 90 dollars. I was owed 120. I will find another place to stay when I'm in that area for work. I am an honest person and expect the same from others. She lied to me. Response to owners response. I stayed 3 nights. Was charged for 4. The website stated 30 dollars a night so there was no discount. Don't get on here and lie to make yourself look better.

As we pulled in, I was a little worried. There were many permanent older model mobile homes & RVs there. Everyone was surprised we only planned to stay a few nights! The drive way is narrow. The manager had to ask someone to move his truck so that we could pull our 43' 5th wheel around a corner! There's a clubhouse, but no other amenities. Folks were very friendly. Generally a quiet place.

The Pan American Mobile Home & RV Park has made numerous changes to the establishment to make it more peaceful, safe and overall more enticing to residents and/or visitors. The security has been upgraded to a 24 hour park surveillance system to detour unwelcome guests for over all piece of mind. Additionally, to minimize confusion in the traffic lanes "STOP" signs have been displayed to ensure right of ways, landscaping is kept up on a weekly basis to keep a trimmed and clean appearance, along with tenants and/or visitors are encouraged to keep their lots clean & tidy for an overall relaxed environment, much more improvements have been implemented, Come on down south visit. Took me by surprise that I have to pay a $40. Fee for trash while I barely fill a grocery bag once a week. I live by myself and I am 70 years old. Do I have an option
