7652 Fairfax Dr has to be the worst home in the entire resort. It is not appealing to the eyes when you first drive up to it. It was completely dirty from the floors to the carpet to every bathroom in the rental. The fire alarm malfunctioned, the pool sliding door was messed up so we had many issues with it blaring the alarm Everytime the door was not aligned correctly. It was also very old and flimsy. The cable went out on the 3rd day of our 7 day trip and it was never fixed for us so we could not watch the television. The home was filthy. Carpet stained and nasty. Stairs dirty and walls scuffled up very badly. There was so much hair on the floors and that was the very first day of checking in. The home has hardly anything to make a meal with so you have to spend extra money just to cook

We rented a cottage (8033 Sandy Toes Lane) and overall really enjoyed our time. Being in the hospitality industry myself for over 20 years, I tend to pay close attention to details. The staff and service throughout our stay were truly superb, from check-in to the shuttle drivers. Every interaction was friendly, helpful, and professional, and the service aspect of our stay was excellent. That said, there are some important cleanliness details that should be looked into, especially for a premium, extended-stay cottage. There was no way to clean or even simply sweep the floors during our stay. Our 5 bedroom home 8064 Lost Shaker Lane had the appropriate bedding, but there was no seating room for 7 people much less 10. The couch held 3 comfortably, but that was it. The dining table was a round table with a mixture of seating which if you were able to get up to the table, you could have been sitting so low in the chair you were eating with your chin and a tight squeeze for 7 people much less 10. The showers heads were awful with stinging sprays that sprayed around you, not on you. All the same. The air around the condo no matter when we arrived or departed smelled of marijuana. Everywhere. I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. It was impossible to enjoy the experience due to the ridiculously high temperature in the room, constantly hovering between 85 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit. It was unbearably uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the maintenance service was incredibly slow to respond to the issue. The customer service staff lacked empathy and offered no real solutions, only providing a single fan to deal with the extreme heat all night. This level of service and the condition of the room were completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel unless they want to endure a miserable and uncomfortable stay. House was nice but could be updated. Everything is old. The bathrooms weren't clean and had to request a mop 3 times because the first 2 times they gave bad mops. They stink so bad. Ice machine didnt work correctly and the table by the pool was so dirty we had to scrub it to get the old food off. Tvs didnt work. We had to call multiple times to get it fixed. Movie room had old recliners and was never able to have movie night because it didnt work. Grill was dirty and pool was supposed to be heated but it wasn't. Our overall experience wasn't bad. But definitely some things need to be addressed. Maybe we will look for something better in the future
