Renaissance Seattle Hotel

So I am writing this to shout out and PRAISE Crystal C. She was absolutely amazing! She was super helpful in making sure we got the room we needed for our stay. Put us on the side with the better view. Also assisted me with my booking mistakes. She was very patient and kind even with the Lobby being extremely busy. She didn't rush us along. She took her time and provided EXCELLENT customer service which is sadly rare these days. When you check in, see if you can get Crystal. She is wonderful and hope to see her next time we stay. Room was nice and spacious. Parking is paid in addition to room rate. View on freeway side is a nice view of the city. Lyfts were super easy to get and great local food near by

Positive: Manager and staff went above and beyond to accommodate me after my surgery. Negative: It could use an update, specifically walk in showers for their accessible rooms.

Stayed here for the second time and again liked it a lot. It was just for one night but I really like the fact that you are in a central location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant had a nice selection of food and a food service. The room was a bit noisy due to the location close to the road but that didn’t really bother me. I will definitely book this hotel again the next time I‘ll make it to Seattle 😁👍🏻

I am a frequent customer and I really love the Seattle Renassiance hotel. It is very comfortable and the staff are very friendly and they always take very good care of me. I always receive a nice tooth brush and a very luxury shaving cream and razor. I learned how to shave without using an actual shaver which I am glad I learned an important thing in life. I have stayed at other hotels in Seattle (Westin,Grand Sheraton, and the Marriott Waterfront). All those hotels are certainly good to however the Seattle renassiance is the best and way better. The rooms are so comfortable. Even riding the elevator and walking in the hallway is so comfortable. What I also admire about the hotel is the bath soap is the best soap I ever used. I always have a very good shower and I always feel very clean af

I haven't stayed at the Renaissance but I've been to a few events at this location. It's in a really convenient spot and the lobby, and event centers are really nice. The food service was also really good. I'll definitely be attending events here in the future.
