Renaissance Milwaukee West Hotel

The young lady and man that was working the desk of the restaurant at the entrance way March 6th 2026 at 8:08pm ruined our whole experience! The hotel is VERY nice but they were rude and whispering about guest. There was a lady that came in with bags asking for directions to the hotel and they were extremely rude/nonchalant and they were the same way with me when coming into the hotel. Some of us come to nicer hotels just to experience something different when we can. In a world like today, who wants to pay 200+ for a hotel just to be treated terribly or judged by employees? Not cool!! please train your employees better

Excellent hotel, room was great. The only down side was i guys since it was cold outside the ac would only do heat and not cool off. So there room was a little warm at night. Other than that, great location next to the mall with great restaurants nearby. Will stay again.

This is the best hotel in Milwaukee. Very clean, large rooms. No carpeting, no smelly disinfectants or fragrances used. Great staff. Wonderful restaurant and bar, Eldr+Rime. $10 parking. This hotel never misses. It’s much better than anything downtown (and I’ve stayed at all of them).

The hotel is very beautiful, but the fact I had to pay for parking, wifi, and breakfast on top of the $200 a night kind of ruined it for me. The room thermostat is just for decor it’s controlled by the hotel, stays at 72 no matter how low you turn it. The common areas have an overwhelming perfume smell constantly. They also didn’t say anything about the $100 incidental charge when they swiped my card. I’ve had much better experiences at Fairfield Inns or Double Trees. Seems very stingy for a supposed 4-star hotel. Not the employees faults just a bad hotel chain.
