Homewood Suites by Hilton Wauwatosa Milwaukee

I stayed at this hotel for two months during my husband’s job relocation, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. They were always quick to respond whenever I needed anything and consistently greeted me in the hall, which made it feel so welcoming. The hotel is pet-friendly and conveniently located near a shopping center and Whole Foods, which made grabbing food and essentials easy. Thank you to the staff and the GM for being so kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for long-term stays 10/10!

Stayed for one night. Staff was pleasant, suite was clean and well-stocked. Bed was comfortable. Very excited about the ceiling fan however after running for a few hours it would squeak loudly periodically which was almost like an untimely alarm each time. Other than that, great stay with places to eat within walking distance and suited our needs perfectly!

Positive: Where do I start, the staff, the sales mgr, hotel mgr, housekeepng staff were all wonderful. So attentive and exemplifies your brand. I can't say enough about the hospitality we experienced. We will definitely stay there again. Negative: Not a thing, Just wonderful

The hotel itself was nice, I could pretty much walk anywhere because it had so much to do, but the room is where I had a problem. Initially, I thought the room was beautiful and it was but as I went to grab a plate for my food I noticed that it was not clean. It had a greasy looking substance on it and honestly I am glad I saw it before I used it because that is a health concern. I also noticed that when I was on the couch that same day, I dropped my cap- when I looked under the couch to find it, it had a game of phase 10, straws, and candy rappers. That’s not okay at all. But the final straw was when I came into my room and noticed there was hair on my sheets that I had to end up getting off with a lint roller. I was disgusted and disappointed after that honestly..but everything else seem

The rooms were good and clean. Breakfast was good. The only issue we had was at night people would come and go without any questions by staff. We tried to take our 5 yr granddaughter to the pool and there were 25 teenagers running, yelling and rough-housing making too unsafe to stay. The teenagers were letting others in to the pool area by the back door. VERY UNSAFE, I felt uncomfortable leaving my room and going to the lobby after dark.
