Renaissance Concourse Atlanta Airport Hotel

Location is right by the airport. Super open when you walk in. The front desk attendant, named Cornethia, was amazing. It was the best check in experience I've had with a Marriott property. She explained everything and mentioned the maintenance and what was going to happen. The room was spacious. The balcony was the best part of the room. There are chairs and the view was amazing. Overall... I would book this room repeatedly and hope to see Cornethia each time for her customer service.

This is our 3rd stay! Staff at the front desk is always friendly and always welcoming! Antwan in valet was very helpful and kind will we loaded up to return home and on arrival. The room and view is always a beautiful site, but Dominique at the front desk went above and beyond to make our plane obsessed (almost) 2 yr old very happy! The day/morning bartender was also wonderful and care for us while we had a meal downstairs in the hotel. The front desk was very accommodating and met each and every one of our needs from extra towels, to a few more pillows, to a very special orange! We love this place and can’t wait to come back!

My flight was cancelled and I was scrambling to find a hotel. Gina B. checked me in quickly. She was extremely helpful, friendly and worked well with the lengthy line behind me. She’s very accommodating!!! Cornethia helped me the next morning by extending my check out since my flight was departing at 9pm. The bellman helped me, my elderly mother and two children with all the luggage as well as stored it until we left. The shuttle driver and Gina B. constantly checked on us to make sure that we were comfortable. I can not speak highly enough about the staff at the Renaissance! They are the reason people will continue to return to this hotel.

From the moment I arrived, the front desk made me feel welcomed—shoutout to Annette, who was professional and kind, and Host Kiana, who brought great energy and hospitality. Now let’s talk about the bar… Kamol (Bday twin) BABYYYYY 😌🍹 he makes a GREAT whiskey sour—hands down one of the best I’ve had. The buffet-style breakfast bar was really good, with plenty of options, and the prices were very reasonable. Overall, the service, food, drinks, and atmosphere were all on point. I had a great experience and I will definitely be back!
