Customer Reviews
My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The customer service was top-tier with Ron who works at the front desk — the staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was quick and seamless, and I immediately felt comfortable. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciated the attention to detail — it made the entire experience feel luxurious and relaxing. The location was perfect, convenient to everything, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and inviting. Whether you’re traveling for business or a quick getaway, this is definitely a place I would recommend. I will absolutely be re
My friend and I stayed at the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel this past weekend, and unfortunately, our experience was about a 2/5. For such a beautiful property in a prime location, I truly expected much better customer service. The hotel itself is very nice, but the service did not match the standard you would assume. When we checked in late at night, the gentleman at the front desk was not very tone-friendly. I understand it was late, but a warmer and more welcoming attitude would have made a big difference. The next day, our experience at the bar was even more disappointing. The bartender, whose name I believe was Chinaedu (working Saturday night 02/21/26), was extremely rude to me and my friend. A server from the upstairs restaurant told us we could order something a certai
I had a 2-night stay at this beautiful hotel this past weekend. Customer service was very helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and very well designed with a magnificent view of the harbor. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, from fast food to high-end fancy dining. The area is super safe and beautiful, especially at night. |Also, there is a coffee shop on the ground floor that has delicious coffee. The barista Sarishma was super friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
Positive: The location was perfect. I was attending a wedding reception at the National Aquarium. Negative: Someone forget to turn off the alarm set by the previous guest and it went off at 6 AM.
The location is absolutely perfect! Every single staff member at the hotel was incredibly warm and friendly. I also felt very safe as there were always police cars nearby. This was my first visit to Baltimore and it truly touched me. Despite its reputation, the people here are so genuine and kind. Just like my experience in Detroit, I was deeply moved by the warmth of this city.
