Room service is terrible, owner of the Rotel is rude, the hotel was terrible as well, shower water was cold, the rooms are hardly clean, and random strangers follow you around up here, so security is bad as well, and you don’t see no room service up here to provide basic needs like tissue, towels, ect.. dont book service is terrible

No hot water Room is infested with no-see-um bugs,bedbugs, roaches. AC is messed up. They only give you one hand towel and one body towel for 2 guests.

Cheap place but the room was dirty, I don't think the room was cleaned from the last people that was here. Will NEVER stay here again. The room they said was no smoking to find an ashtray in the room. Someone else's piss in toilet, dirty wash rag hanging in bathroom, hair in refrigerator and on top the microwave. Also no remote for tv!! It was just nasty!!

The title should tell you all you need to know. I've stayed here quite a few times with family and this place is disgusting. Yes, rooms are cheap, but it's just not worth it. The rooms are not clean at all, the front desk clerks are very rude, and it's a small place with no pool or anything interesting. The locals call it the "roach motel" and there have been many drug busts here over the years. If you value safety, stay elsewhere.

The hotel was a hot mess if I could give an zero I would bed was hard room wasn't clean they must was remodeling it the paint and stuff was still in the room if I had stayed. There I would have had to go and buy more sheets and towels they were filthy I ended up leaving there lost my money but I wanted to sleep comfortable. Never will I ever go there again.
