Opon arrival, my husband and I were greeted with smiles, and welcomed. The room was small, but smelled freshly cleaned. Over our stay, we received excellent customer service. The only flaw was no breakfast, although there was coffee. Yet, I would stay again. The staff was just amazing.

Positive: First let me say the staff was amazing I flew in all the way from new York to visit my boyfriend, now I was able to get an uber from the airport to yazoo but babylet me tell you THERES NO TRANSPORTATION AT ALL! Hotel employee was kind enough to Negative: Take me to the jail and also got me ride back to the airport! The staff was friendly! And I appreciated everything they did for me while I stayed there THANKS GUYS

The reason is I understand they were renovating but they should have placed chairs and couch in the room that were finished the bathroom door was hard to close parking lot area needed to be more lights other than that the room was clean and the staff was friendly

The rooms and linens are clean. The place smells good. They are still making improvements but I was happy with my room. Everyone working there was so very kind and welcoming, very refreshing to be honest. I enjoyed my stay.

I haven’t stayed here I a few years, but when I did, with the exception of one time, I never had any problems. The manager at the time was Tonya who was very nice. I am glad that renovations are being done because I plan to visit in the Fall and hopefully reservations will be available again.
