Relax Inn

The small room they had put me in for about $300 a week had roaches so Terry from Mom & Pops next door told them to change my room. It seems like a run down place and the price i paid for a week wasnt very good for what i got. And then they put a lock on my door to evict me but i had 1 day left. The road traffic noise was also pretty bad. But i also think the people working there while the owner was in hospital were pretty nice. I was there in Nov 2019

I seen bed bugs,roaches,and CRACK HEADS... To beat all.. They have the same prices as The Hilton, or some 5 star fancy suite. I do NOT recommend. I feel like they was dead babies on the sheets... Baby bed bugs that is... Unless you wanna take some home with you.

I would give 0 stars if possible. My family and I had stayed here last week, this place was so disgusting and very creepy. We had 2 rooms, both covered in roaches and no tv. The windows didn’t shut all the way either. One room had I am God written all over the bathroom, definitely would not go again.

Has to be the worst motel in the area. Not sure what happened it didn't used to be this bad. Got a filthy room, staff refused to change my room so I had to clean it myself. Spent 45 minutes vacuuming up crud and cockroaches - YEP, the place has roaches. I ran to Walmart for some cheap bed sheets so I wouldn't have to sleep on the ones they provided although I probably would've been better off sleeping in the car. Staff was pretty rude and didn't like it when I dished it back so the next day they told me they were now booked full, even though my car was the only one in their parking lot. Stay away, seriously there are better places in Franklin, even if it costs an extra $5 a night, better to avoid the rude staff, dirty room, roaches and bed bugs this place has. You get what you pay for. If you just need place to sleep. I think relax inn will be best bang for the buck. Its not the best, but clean enough. Room is kinda small and old building. But they seems taking care of house keeping.
