Relax Inn

Was assaulted by a patron staying in the room adjacent, he was removed by the police, owner refused to comp our nights stay despite having reviewed security tapes with the authorities and them having determined that I was not at fault whatsoever the owners refused to compensate even 1 night of our stay. I've stayed here multiple times for the 6 hour IMSA race and enjoyed my stay multiple times however I will never ever be staying here again...even the police told me to stay away from that place.

We were expecting the worst after reading most of the reviews, however, were pleasantly surprised: beds were firm, shower worked, clean linen, and no spiders! Had all the amenities, 40’ flatscreen TV, microwave and fridge, but still seemed overpriced ($175). We were there during race week, which might explain the high rate. The Inn was full and one couple we met had been returning there every year for the past 20 years! Proprietor and other guest were friendly.

I had an amazing stay at Relax Inn Elmira! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in quick and hassle-free. My room was spotless, well-equipped, and had a super comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to restaurants and attractions. The free Wi-Fi was fast, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality of service provided. I highly recommend Relax Inn Elmira for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay. I’ll definitely be back!

Relax Inn cancelled my reservation without warning. When I tried to check-in they had given my room to someone else. They had no rooms left and suggested I stay at their other property for more than twice the price. I don't trust the people running this motel.

The owners of this establishment are the most understanding and caring individuals I ever had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with. They were helping the community in the biggest way ever. I was staying with them for a long time and I asked them to help me for a few days until can sort out a few things and they actually let me stay until I was able to. They calling me they check up on me to make sure that I'm okay and they're pretty much like family to me. I would recommend anybody to come stay at this motel because they will treat you like family. And if I ever needed a place to stay again that would be the first place I would happily spend my money on so I can stay there because of the way they treated me. The rooms are clean no bed bugs and they're even upgrading the motel as we sp
