Enchanted Cottage on Glen

Everything about the house is charming and thoughtfully put together – it's a cozy, comfortable and welcoming place that makes you want to stay longer! Hard to name just one favorite thing, but I think what impressed me the most was the care with which the house is stocked, from the well-appointed kitchen to the array of thoughtful toiletries provided. You immediately feel how much care went into making this a beautiful, welcoming place for guests to feel at home. Kitty is a host second to none.

From the first time we walked thru the door, we were enchanted. Kitty and John, the proprietors, left no detail out. When at the cottage, you will be transported back in time with all the vintage furnishings and personal touches. There are little surprises everywhere and we felt like a prominent guest of their home. We look forward to staying across the street at The Enchanted Castle next. I’m sure it’s as 5 star as this place is!

This is long overdue. My wife and I went last year, and I still get a cozy feeling when I reflect on our time there! Friends, this is MORE than a cottage. The outside has a "cottage" feel - but you're getting a fully stocked house! We had come off a vacation earlier in the summer with a list of issues, so this find was sweet redemption. A thoughtful scavenger hunt for the kids, a bottle of wine for my wife and I, freshly baked muffins or cookies; my memory is failing me, but it was delicious. I remember that much! All living and bedrooms areas were well appointed. Bathrooms had everything you could need. Every room was clean and Wi-Fi signal was never an issue.
