Regency Inn Tulsa West

Discusting place. Heater rattled through the night, door lock broken and no towels. We arrived late and noticed no towels and the office never answered. Whoever was in the office at 7am told me i had to wait til 9 when the day shift arrived and refused to help. We have traveled all over the country and by far this was the absolute worse one we stayed at. Did i mention the mouse that ran across the bed?

Wanted to stop here along our Route 66 road trip. When we pulled up around 9:15 pm, there were individuals roaming the upper and lower levels with flashlights looking into rooms. The office AND the bedroom smelled of urine. DID NOT spend the night - due to our lack of comfortability. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars for service is because the clerk gave our refund back. Found a much cleaner, better smelling, safer hotel that was within a 5 mins drive. I do not recommend staying here.

Positive: Location Negative: The room was filthy dirty. You could not walk on the floor with your shoes on they were so dirty. He gave me a smoking room and said he had nothing else available. I would say they do not clean the room at all other than changing the sheets and towels.

TERRIBLE! DO NOT EVEN BOOK. If there was an option for a minus star, it would be used. So, our experience was short but atrocious. We arrived at 5pm (check in was at 2pm) only to be told that our room was not ready, as the previous guests had broken the bed and it would take time to remove said bed and replace with another. We were told to return in an hour or so. Considering it was 3 hours after check in opened, we were shocked we would have to find somewhere to go for another hour, after a long drive to get there. We were directed to Carl's Jr. As we walked to Carl's Jr, all we saw were, indented motel doors, police patrolling the parking lot and questionable looking people looming about. We felt unsafe and scared to stay at this establishment which in our opinion should not be in operat

The two guys who were working the front desk the evening I checked in and the morning I checked out were nothing but nice and helpful. I was passing through and needed a place with truck parking and ended up here. It's a little rough around the edges but for the price and location you cant beat it.
