ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES! DO NOT STAY HERE! Opened the refrigerator, and a roach jumped out! Then saw they were scurrying EVERYWHERE! Immediately took the room key back. Front desk staff refused to show his face. Said I had to get refund from Expedia. Then they refused to refund! Expedia had to cover it for me. These people are disgusting!

We felt a bit uncomfortable here. The shower curtain was very moldy and there were bugs in the bathroom as well as sticky something on bathroom door. There were a lot of sketchy looking ppl with very beat up cars in the parking lot. Around the back side it seemed ppl lived in there rooms full time with old sofas outside the rooms and "beware of dog" signs in the windows.

No coffee in the morning. After we got settled in we started killing bugs. No cockroaches but all different kinds of bugs. I was falling asleep or would of left. Would not go back.

Absolutely horrible 😭 it’s so nasty roaches literally everywhere. Crawling all over the door, the curtains even In the BED! It’s so disgusting & management treats its like nothing, as if the roaches are guest too. 0/10 would not recommend. OK service, but overall the room was so bug infested I can’t! This place should not be open!!

Absolutely horrendous. I dont usually leave reviews. But this just takes the cake well enough that it deserves one. Don't listen to any of the reviews higher than 2 stars, anything higher than 3 is paid for. The rooms appear nice, but all of the bedding (in room 108) has burn holes all in them. There is a slight musty smell. The cleaning is as effective as a child sweeping their toys under the bed and calling the room clean, with dirt, debris, and old *things* swept behind the dresser, still visible despite the obvious attempt. The bathroom ceiling had a 4 inch gap between the light and I assume the vent, allowing any critters to get into the room. At night, there were two cockroaches in the bathroom, and another lazily crawling on the TV like it owned the place, which appears so, give
