Regency Inn & Suites - Baytown

Beware of the lady with vitiligo. Negative customer service. Rude would be and improvement. Lots of eating around. Beds rock hard and move around so you'll wake yourself if you toss and turn in your sleep as it bangs on the head board that is not attached to the frame. Messy outside from improvement construction so might be better later in the future. It was OK just not worth $70 a night. I thought i was paying 54. Must've gotten another star for that price. I booked by mistake. No safety locks. AC constant fan was pretty good.Their idea of breakfast is water and corn flakes. When the check in consists of "who a you, what you want?" When they toss keys at you say "here" and walk away., the rest of the stay feels crappy.

Positive: "" Negative: The room looked rough there was tagging in the room, chunks of drywall missing, there was some black mold at the bottom of the bath tub where it looked like a piece of baseboard was missing, there was also dry urine spots. disappointing.

Got a room here because we needed something last minute for a funeral the next day. The room smelled awful like mold and mildew(I am now sick and I’m sure it’s because of the room). You can tell there was a water leak in the bathroom at some point that they just slapped a bandage on and didn’t fix the problem. The bathroom door wouldn’t close because of the previous water leak and the bottom of the door was falling apart. There was also pieces to an insulation needed on the floor right against the bed. It was the first thing I noticed because of the bright orange color. We couldn’t afford to go anywhere else because it would take days to put the money back on our card. Rooms are older with carpet and the couch has stains but overall clean. They service the rooms daily. The TV was broken but I bring my own anyway. All in all a very nice stay for the price. Definitely would come back on my next trip

This is the worst hotel in the area. The hostess is so rude and the rooms are awful and disgusting plus it is like the saying.|You get what you pay for. The key to the room didn’t work and the carpet in the room was super filthy and torn and the sofa has cigarette burns and they claim it is a smoke free place. Steer away from here. We went into the room because the cleaning lady let us in. And when i went to complain to the front desk she told me to sit and went to ask if what i was telling her was true. We didn’t even stay there 5 minutes and she yelled at me if we wanted another room and i said. NO. We would rather lose money than stay at this disgusting place. You have been warned. It is very lowgrade .
