Regency Inn

Room is full of cockroaches, hot water only works no cold water, air conditioning only blows fan not cold and Management is absolutely rude. Someone needs to call the health department. This place is worse than most blowing income housing. I would not make my worst enemy stay here I will definitely give $95 to stay in a $20 room ever again.

She very rude and disrespectful to the guest all types of bugs. She tried to remodel but all she did was take the old stuff out and put in new stuff but never called in a pest control to remove the bed bugs or roaches and all the other bugs that's in the rooms

Very disrespectful and nasty disgusting cockroachs and not worth the 75 dollars I couldn't even take a shower nasty smell coming from the bathtub wouldn't want my worst enemy stay here such a joke

Checked into motel recently and did my usual quick inspection of the room to make sure there weren't any bed bugs in the key spots. Everything looked ok but the toilet would not fill and so we were moved to another room. Upon inspection of this room the A/C was missing a knob and bed bugs were found at the head of the bed. Incredulous the attendant was shown the bugs and blood on the mattress so we were given another room to check out which also had bed bugs. Then for kicks I suppose the attendant asked me to check out another couple of beds and at least one of them had bed bugs also. Bottom line: I wouldn't go near this place with a 10 foot pole. Overall, the motel is poorly cared for and it shows by the fact that there are bed bugs everywhere. We were given a refund thankfully bu

I was sold a dirty room. The bathroom sink had men’s hair all around and inside of it. The shower was dirty as well. Bugs were crawling all over the walls and ceiling. When I brought this to the property manager attention, she acted as if she wasn’t surprised. All she said was..and I quote..”oh so your room is dirty?” Yes ma’am you sold me a dirty room. Then she asked for a cash deposit as well!! I’ll never stay here again and do not recommend anyone stay here! The service is just as nasty as the rooms. Zero Stars!!
