I started staying in this hotel for business in 2021, and it was very nice. I have seen it decline from a room cleanliness perspective, and management seems not to care. The front desk staff is and has always been great from a customer service perspective. I have noted on my last few visits that the showers are not cleaned well, but it hasnt gotten better. There was also a snot tissue on the bed post that housekeeping didn't clean. There was nowhere to hang your hand towels, and management stated there has never been. After staying here numerous times, I know that to be untrue. There was also a smell of raw sewage this last visit and nothing was done to accommodate guests. My bar sink was also clogged. From the moment I arrived, my experience at this hotel was excellent. The lobby was clean and welcoming, and check-in was quick and smooth. I especially want to recognize Nick at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. He greeted me with a warm smile, answered all of my questions patiently, and even offered helpful suggestions for places to eat and things to do in the area. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, with comfortable bedding and all the basic amenities I needed. Housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay, and the common areas were well maintained. Overall, I felt very well taken care of, and Nick’s outstanding customer service really stood out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

There was a 40 min. wait to check in and the desk clerk seemed brand new. But she kept her composure and called her supervisor, who helped her over the phone; then showed up in person. They had free hot chocolate so it made the wait easier. Once past that hiccup, the room was very nice and well planned out. The refrigerator was in a cabinet, so both it and the AC/heater were very quiet. We slept very well until someone vacuumed outside our door. The shower had plenty of hot water. Overall, the hotel was well worth the money.

This hotel is conveniently located near many shops, restaurants, gas stations and Starbucks. The staff are efficient and very pleasant. Tje rooms are clean and the rooms are priced competitively. We stayed there recently for a funeral. The staff were very compassionate. Especially a woman named Deborah! We were there a week.
