CLOSED - Red Roof Inn Lexington, NC

We were there for 15 nights, they never came and cleaned our room. Everything we needed we had to ask for. We ended up having to go to the front office every 3 days and ask for clean sheets, towels, wash rags, trash bags, toilet paper and every 2 days the air conditioner would just stop working and we would have to call the front desk and ask them to cut it back on. The room was clean when we got there and we kept it clean ourselves. I would wipe everything down, we had to ask for a broom to sweep the floors. We ended up going and buying trash bags and toilet paper because after 3pm they would not give you anything.

Honestly, I have to leave an honest review to warn people: This place is the absolute worst It all started with me calling to get prices. Ok price considering the holiday, but as soon as I arrived on location everything only went downhill. The lady (I've attached her photo) demanded $105⁰⁰ for the room and a $50⁰⁰ deposit (cash). Cool. After handing her my money, she refused to give me the change until I "handed her my receipt ". That's a negative there ghost rider. You get your change after payment is rendered. Then, she refused to notate on the receipt that I even gave her a deposit. So I had to ask her to write it on there. I asked for my receipt of payment and she declared that I'll get it in the morning after I leave. Negative captain. Yall are insane. I bought a non smoking room

Nastiest place to stay at for 89 dollars beds were dirty. Looked like mold on the bedframe. On top of that you can’t get a refund after 5 minutes because they know their rooms are nasty. I wouldn’t recommend at all specially for 89 dollars. Had to go to confort inn. Best place nice people if you want to stay somewhere good and for the same price just about.

No No & No There was No Coffee! In room or in Lobby! In fact they had fake plants in the Coffee Machine! There was No Breakfast..Cheap Continental would have been fine! Most of the Red Roofs we stay at have wrapped Danish or yogurts .. something?? NO ICE!! THE ICE MACHINE WAS BROKEN TOO! No friendly service either. Night person checked us in around 1am and he was still there at 10am when we left but never smiled or said Thank you...I stay at Red Roof for their Pet Policy, but I appreciate the nicer ones. Will not return to this Location.

This place look awful the blanket had dry blood stains, the fridge look dirty, and the wall had a hole, and it smell like smoke even know I ask them a non smoking hotel room and much more please don't spend your money on this place it was suck. And the guy wanted my personal information
