Regency Inn Fayetteville

I payed for two weeks before i looked at rooms. I was highly disappointed after i payed that i was not allowed any visitors if violated this rule i would be automatically put out. The wifi signal was not strong enough to reach past the office. The air conditioning units are falling apart from the wall. The shower rod is held together with paper and constantly fell down. The commode has no water pressure so everytime you used the toilet your body waste would just sit there. The light fixtures are falling apart.and the majority of the electrical sockets do not work. When i finally received a microwave and minifridge neither one worked. This place is horrible and they have the nerve to charge over $300.00 a week. The staff are scared to speak because they stay in motel and i guess they are in

We visited The Regency Inn last night because of a truck issue and when i say the staff are some of the kindest sweetest people, they really are. They made us feel so at home and safe. Anytime we’re in North Carolina we definitely will stay there because everyone was so welcoming and sweet. Super grateful to Delila and Robert. They made the bad day we were having so much better. The rooms were super clean. They’re in the middle of a remodel but everything was clean and nice.

The room was gross the toilet did not work/flush. There was a hole in the wall that you could see though to the parking lot. Bed, floor, and bathroom was disgusting 🫣 😒 the staff was nice tho

By far probably the worst place for me to stay. There were bugs crawling around, the shower had no hot water and the faucets to the shower weren’t working properly either. The tub filled with water as you try and shower so it’s kinda pointless as you stand in your own filth. The toilet wouldn’t flush, there was mold on the shower curtains. The floors were horrendous and dirty they need to be vacuumed if nothing else is done to them. The beds were horrible as well. Uncomfortable and filthy. Tv didn’t work nor did the ac unit. The way the hotel is portrayed as in their pictures is false. They say they’re renovating but It don’t look like it to me. Sorry but i would never recommend this to anyone nor will I be back. And they don’t really deserve one star but I had to give one to do this.

Wish I could say many great things. There are only 2; the people in the office are nice and they're always available. Run down hotel that has potential but not the proper care for it to have guests. I was awaken by many itchy sensations, yes , bedbugs. Definitely not worth that price!
