Regal 8 Inn

This place needs to be shutdown and it starts with upper management (A.K.A.) the owners, which is privately owned. Their rooms are mice infestation, which I had to get moved to three different rooms because of that. The rooms are infested with baby mice, so they must have been mating for awhile and they are traveling to the vacated rooms because the occupied rooms are full with animals and family of fours.. I had to ask for a refund back and I advise people to choose wisely when picking that motel.

I always enjoy my stay here at the Regal Motel. The people here are really amazing to me. They are very, very kind, sweet, safe people. I'm so glad I stayed here.

A very, very severe roach infestation. A exterminator should definitely be called out.

Overall, why make people pay 95 dollars for some Roach ridden and bed bug infested shitty motels and not give a refund policy? This place should be shut down for stealing money and bad service. Living conditions are absolutely terrible at this place, and I wouldn't even force my worst enemy here. The room I got (251) smelled horribly and was made to look neat but was absolutely dirty. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Hi, Our apologies for all the bad reviews. I know we have a long way to go to be able to even compete with the Big Chain of 5 star hotels. But what I can say is that our rooms are looking a little better from past visits since we have made a couple upgrades and we are currently working towards providing better service and well better rooms in general.
