Refinery Hotel

I’ve stayed at Refinery before however my girlfriends had never. From the moment we walked Jamilah greeted us for check in even though we were super early we got lucky and a room was available. There was a room avaliable for us to check in early and we even decided to upgrade our room. We received a complementary bottle of wine, and a voucher for a complementary drink at Refinery Roofttop. Since it was 10am we decided to go to Parker and Quinn for breakfast. This restaurant is attached to the hotel. The food and service was delish. From start to finish we have an amazing experience at the Refienry. When we checked out to head to the airport Jamilah saw us and asked us how everything was. She even gave us a little parting gift. We really enjoyed our stay at the Refinery Hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the deluxe double queen room, and it was a very good size for New York standards. The bathroom was larger than any other hotel we've stayed at in the city, and the water pressure in the shower was awesome. The rooftop bar has a very cool ambiance and provides a great view of the Empire State Building. There's a jazz bar at the front of the hotel as you enter, and a restaurant at the back of the hotel. Just some really unique features throughout that make the Refinery Hotel stand out. Location of the hotel is very convenient, but at the same time is in a relatively quiet area. Stop looking and stay here! This hotel is single handily bringing back amazing customer service! The staff were so delightful, kind and helpful! The actual hotel feels like you are in in the heart of Paris. Beautiful furnishings, beautifully decorated and yet feels so cozy. There are 2 Resteraunts in the building both feel right out of a movie with unbelievable service and design. The roof top bar is so cozy and with amazing views of the empire state building. The beds were so comforable and they made me feel like royalty. Parker and quinn Sunny at …… is the manager that makes you feel so welcome like going to a families house for dinner

This was our second stay at the hotel and once again it did not disappoint. The location is perfect, close enough to amenities but not too close that it’s too noisy. Our queen deluxe room was spacious and luxurious with modern decor. Parker and Quinn the ground floor restaurant offers great food choices and does the best breakfast! The rooftop bar has a great atmosphere and offers the most stunning views. But what makes this hotel stand out is the exceptional customer service provided by all the staff. In particular Morgan who is professional, friendly and goes the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. Thank you so much to all the staff for a wonderful break, the refinery is our families go to hotel to stay when in New York.
