These people were nothing but kind and decent to us during our stay. The property was and is well maintained. Robert is a stand up guy and is always nice. If your looking for long term or even a few days this is the place to go.
We escaped from Colorado and, this was the first place we wanted to stop. Glad we did! Robert is super friendly and helpful. Thank you! We'll be back.
No frills park for long term and workers. Very large level spots. Excellent local tv reception. Excellent Verizon 5G service. Fiber wifi. Owner takes good care of grounds. Just upgraded the park with a very nice fence that helps with wind and road noise. All of this on top of being priced absolutely perfectly. Bonus that owner accepts Venmo which more parks should start doing.
Great spot for anyone wanting some quiet. The owner is a respectable man and rent is better than anything I was able to find. Water, sewer and lights included. Close enough and far enough from town. Stayed for 6 months, family of 5, not one complaint. Thanks Mr. Lee
