Red Rose Motel

Clean, comfortable and warm. I stayed at this hotel during a ski weekend. It is conveniently located near the resort. As a motel, it was handy to park next to the room to unload/load my gear. The room was clean, warm and quiet. The owners are super friendly. Your basic motel. I enjoyed my stay. Would go back when visiting and recommend it.

Took us back to our beginnings. We would drive just to go on an adventure. No kids, no responsibilities, just 2 kids, newly married in a VW comfortable. |Just as wonderful after 45 years of marriage. Very clean and comfortable sofa/queen room . We stayed 2 nights. Views of nature in front and behind. Owners very friendly and accommodating. Bathroom, though clean and certainly functional, could perhaps use some updating. Pool looked clean and well kept, still open due to weather. We have never been fancy people, and this was perfect for us!!

So no not your fancy ass hotel status for sure. It's an older family owned hotel out in the middle of nowhere. But I happened to need a comfortable bed to sleep on after a pretty decent bike crash riding at the local mountain right down the road. I showed up late in the evening. The owner was more than courteous and helpful. I asked if they had a bathtub which they did. I wanted to cold plunge in the river then warm up in the tub. The owner went above and beyond helping me out with things that the average person might be pissed about. Yes this is no 4-5 star hotel. But it's a small home town business trying to make it. I had the best experience and recommended anyone stay here if you value small town businesses and like supporting that dying community!! And who doesn't love looking up and

Perfect little slice of heaven the owners are so nice and welcoming 😍 rooms are spacious, clean with a volleyball area and the cutest pool and fire pit area. Great place to stay minutes away from camp grounds, trails, and river rafting. We will definitely be back next summer.

We were looking for an inexpensive motel option for one night. We stopped at the Red Rose and were pleasantly pleased to find a stay far cheaper than the surrounding area. We expected a basic, rustic room but were happy to find a spotless, cozy room with updated amenities. The view out back was gorgeous and the river across the road was spectacular. The location is close to dining and shops. Highly recommend staying at this hidden gem.
