I really enjoyed my stay. I came here after reading recent reviews of how nice they remodeled. The physical room was huge and very good priced. I paid for the jacuzzi room. Very clean! Will definitely stay again! Only negatives are minor and I spoke with the front desk on the way out. When I arrived the heater was not on and it was 10 degrees outside. It took a long time to warm up. I also could not figure out how to get the tv to work and no instructions. Front desk apologized and stated they usually make sure the heat is on. He also stated the tv was probably on hdmi as people bring firesticks & stuff (which i didnt think about). Suggested maybe to leave instructions. Again nothing major just minor things. Will definitely be back!

For the price point, it wasn't too bad. My room was clean with no weird smells aside from the pot smoke coming from other rooms...whew..smelled like a Grateful Dead show. The floor was also very loud with lots of door slamming and loud TVs. Light sleepers beware. Luckily, I brought earplugs. Language is a bit of a barrier as the front desk help told my wife who called the desk I wasn't staying there (!). It is very spartan--no fridge, microwave, closet and there is only a janky coffee machine in the lobby. Housekeeping just replaced my towels and didn't make the bed. For the price and the fact that all I needed was a bed and shower, it was adequate. If you want any amenities, go somewhere else.

Positive: "" Negative: Not being told about paying the deposit on card means that it takes over a week to get it back my husband just died and I got price gouged

The good: The beds and room as acceptable clean and looks decent.||||The bad: Booked room was not available. Room provided stinks of smoke on a none smoker room reservation. Broken coffee machine in room. Free light breakfast (coffee, juice, doughnut like snack) not on time - an hour later than posted!

My mom and I needed a place to stay for the weekend.. Upcharged for a microwave and refrigerator, given a second floor room even though my mom uses a walker.. Only to see a huge bed bug walking near the bed when we walked it. Turned around and left immediately, went and stayed at the Baymont down the road. Cheaper rate, cozier rooms, stayed here multiple times, no bed bugs. Won't be back
