Red Oak Inn Belleville

I only gave one star because I had to, to leave a review. This place should be condemned!! From the disgusting toilet, bathroom and floors, to the filthy bedding. We ONLY stayed because we were exhausted. We had to bring our own blankets in, and cover the beds as not to touch anything. There were holes in the walls, the bathroom door was caved in from holes, and it stunk to high hell. The health department needs to be notified about this place. DO NOT STAY HERE. I stayed here on December 8th, 2025. The only reason I came back to make a review is because I have since heard about the bed bug and serious mold issue. FOUL that this place is doing business.

The location is good but the last time I stayed there it was bad… like it legit smelled like someone died there with a cat in the room and nobody found them for 2 weeks. I bought cleaning supplies to try to clean and the smell got much worse as I cleaned. 5 years ago it was good. Not anymore. They don’t even have coffee in lobby. Room was $70-$80.

The room I saw was I've fallen apart. It needed some serious cleaning the air intake. I needed to be changed and cleaned. Sanitation of that room is terrible. It should be condemned or when somebody leaves get somebody in there. To just clean it very well.But the ventilation system needs to be clean pieces of the billion are actually falling off

Bsst deal around and pet friendly. No extra charge. The management is kind and very intelligent. I highly recommend it.

If zero stars were an option that's what I would give. The room was horrible. Stains on the bedspread and towels. The pillows were so old they weren't even white anymore. The heat in the room was on 80 when I got there so it was super hot. The A/C had several broken buttons and therefore didn't work. The mattress looked like it was at least a decade old. Since I didn't get the room until almost 1am I really had no option of staying anywhere else. I will never stay there again. 10 out of 10 DON'T RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
